WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CLIENT

Our goal is to help our clients have a relaxing and transformative experience.  Clients can expect to have expert attention, with explanations at every step of the process and satisfying results.

Prior to Your Arrival

Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete Subjective and Objective Surveys online that will help us understand your concerns and goals, and will allow us to track your progress with you.  A link, username, and password will be provided to you by the person booking your appointments.

Assessment

The assessment is the first step in the Brainwave Optimization® process.  A  brain assessment allows us to see individual patterns of energy within your brain.

Using non-invasive Intellisensors™, we will collect data from seven areas of the brain, while the brain is at rest (sitting quietly with your eyes closed) and on task (example: reading to yourself).  This data is processed together with the online surveys to generate protocols that we will use to help balance the energy patterns in your brain.

Pre-Session Discussion

We will review information gathered from your assessment and discuss with you the results, your goals, and how we will work together to achieve those goals.

Sessions

Our brain technologist work in pairs, so prior to your first session you will be introduced to your  brain technologist for that day. Each 90-minute Brainwave Optimization session will consist of implementing five-to-seven protocols that are designed specifically for you, to help balance your brain. The brain technologist will place the Intellisensors at various places on your head, and you will be given ear phones. During each protocol, you will listen to your own brainwaves converted into musical notes, as well as other sounds meant to encourage the brain towards a more balanced state.

Many of our clients find it helpful to take notes or keep a journal beginning with your first day and continuing for one month after completion.  These journal entries can provide you with an ongoing record of your thoughts, emotions and awareness’s – helping you track your own progress.

Completing Brainwave Optimization

At the end of the last session, you will retake the objective survey and meet with your technologist to review your progress from start to finish.

You will receive a packet of information that includes:

  • Two graphs that illustrate your progress from the time you began Brainwave Optimization through your final session
  • A CD of meditative sounds that may be used at home to reinforce your progress
  • A brochure with tips for maximizing the effectiveness of your sessions

Results are generally subtle at first and then build over time.  Many people notice the most significant changes two to three weeks after completing their sessions.
