Welcome!  Thanks for visiting my website, and letting me share a little about myself.

I was born in Calgary, Alberta and have lived in Western Canada all my life, with Edmonton being home the last 14 years.

Fitness and personal training have been big parts of my life for the past 20 years.  Helping others meet their fitness goals, through coaching,  has had a profound impact on my life.  I’m also proud of personal achievements, including road bike racing; triathlon including Ironman Coeur D’Alene in 2007; and the Link Pink Ride for Breast Cancer with Lance Armstrong, in 2010.

In 2009, while training for Ironman Arizona, I was hit from behind by a car that failed to yield.  Although I don’t remember much about accident, I do remember crawling out from under the car and seeing my bike in the ditch.   My next clear memory is asking a paramedic if I was in an ambulance.

Since that day, I’ve been treated by a number of doctors and other health practitioners.  I’ve been told I suffer from Post-Concussion Syndrome, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, whiplash, and high blood pressure, among other things, and have tried countless different treatments.

In September 2011, my wife saw a news story about Brainwave Optimization.  I began my research, including reading Lee Gerdes book, “The infinite possibilities of a Balanced Brain Limitless You”.  I found a Brainwave Technologist three hours away, in Calgary, and booked my first session.  After booking these sessions something just gave me the feeling this was the path I was meant to travel in the Future.

After the first day of treatment, I had one of my best sleeps since before the accident.  My energy level increased, and I was able to focus and concentrate for longer periods of time.  My blood pressure began to normalize, and the whiplash is healing more rapidly then before it.

My treatment was so successfully that I decided to become a Certified Brainwave Technologist, and I’m confident this ground breaking technology will help people dealing with any number of injuries and conditions.
